After a long-haul flight, the last thing you want is a train change at King's Cross or a coach queue at the central bus station. With AlphaCEC, the journey from Heathrow to Cambridge starts the moment you clear customs. Your driver is in the arrivals hall with a name board, ready to take your bags.
We track every inbound flight, so an early landing at Terminal 5 or a two-hour delay into Terminal 3 doesn't cost you anything extra. The first hour after your actual landing time is free, which leaves plenty of time for immigration, baggage reclaim and that first coffee. If passport control is unusually slow, just message us. Extra waiting after that hour is £11.25 per 15 minutes.
The drive is around 2 hours via the M25 and M11, door to door, to anywhere in Cambridge: a college, a hotel near the station, a science park or a family home in the villages. Our executive saloons have room to stretch out, and our estates take four passengers and their luggage comfortably.

Where will my driver meet me?
In the arrivals hall of your terminal, holding a name board. We send the driver's details before you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
We follow your flight live and adjust the pick-up time. You won't pay more for a late landing.
Why is there a £15.50 fee?
It covers Heathrow short-stay parking so your driver can meet you inside the terminal. It's passed on at cost.
Can you take four of us with suitcases?
Yes. Choose the Estate, which seats four with luggage.
Can I book for someone else?
Of course. Add the passenger's name and mobile number when you book.
