Stansted is Cambridge's nearest major airport, and with a car waiting you can be home within about an hour of walking out of arrivals. That makes it ideal for weekend city breaks, European business trips and late-evening landings when the trains thin out.
Your driver watches your flight from take-off, so an early arrival from Barcelona or a late one from Kraków is handled without a phone call. They'll meet you just past the arrivals exit and walk you to the car. The first hour after landing is free. Most Stansted passengers are through well within that.
From the terminal it's a straight run up the M11 to Cambridge, the science parks, Addenbrooke's, or the villages to the north and west. Prefer a quiet ride after a busy trip? Just say so. Need to take a call? There's room to work.
Stansted's pick-up charge is £10, added at cost and shown on your booking. Everything else is in the fixed fare.

FAQs
Is a car quicker than the train from Stansted?
Usually. There are no changes, and you're dropped at your door rather than at Cambridge station.
My flight lands at 23:40. Can you still collect?
Yes. We run 24 hours a day.
What's the £10 for?
Stansted's pick-up charge, passed on exactly.
What happens if I'm held up at passport control?
You have an hour from landing at no cost. After that, waiting is £11.25 per 15 minutes.
