Privacy notice

AlphaCEC collects only what we need to quote and carry out your journey and to take payment.

What we keep

• Your name, email and phone number.
• Journey addresses, dates, times and flight numbers.
• Passenger numbers and any note you leave, including enquiries sent through this website.
• A payment reference. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Why

To answer your enquiry, quote and send the car, confirm by email and keep our accounts. The lawful basis is the contract to carry you, our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and our legal duty to keep financial records.

Who sees it

The office, the driver on the day, Stripe, and the email service that delivers our messages. We do not sell your details.

How long

Booking records are kept for up to six years for UK accounts, then deleted. Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 12 months.

Your choices

Email bookings@cambridge-executive-cars.co.uk to see, correct or delete what we hold. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
