Cambridge to Heathrow airport transfer

About 2h (traffic dependent)Saloon from £149Fixed price24/7

An early departure from Heathrow usually means a choice between a very early train or an expensive night in an airport hotel. A private transfer gives you both the sleep and the certainty. Your AlphaCEC driver arrives at your door at the agreed time, loads your bags and drives you straight to the departures kerb at Terminal 2, 3, 4 or 5.

We plan collection times around your flight, allowing roughly 2 hours of driving plus a buffer for the M25. For a 07:00 departure we would typically collect you from central Cambridge at about 03:30. We'll recommend a time when you book, and we work around the clock, so a 02:45 pick-up isn't a problem.

The price is fixed before you travel. Roadworks on the M11 or a slow junction at the M4 won't add to the fare. The only extra is Heathrow's own £7 drop-off charge, which we show on your booking so there are no surprises.

Business travellers can charge trips to a company account, and we often run return journeys for researchers and visiting academics who fly in and out of Heathrow several times a year.
