Cambridge to Dover ferry and cruise port transfer

Allow about 2h30–3h, traffic dependentSaloon from £240Fixed price24/7

Dover is a long way from Cambridge by train, with at least one change in London and a walk or taxi at the far end. For cruise passengers carrying a fortnight's luggage, or anyone with a fixed sailing time, a direct car is simply easier.

We drive you from your door, around the M25 and down the M20 to the port, then drop you at the right terminal for your ferry or cruise ship. Tell us your sailing and check-in times and we'll plan the collection with a generous margin, because the Dartford crossing and Kent's approach roads can be unpredictable.

For couples with big cases, the Estate is the usual choice, with plenty of boot space for cruise wardrobes. Groups of five or more can ask about a people carrier, though we'd need to check availability first.

Coming home? Ask about a return collection from the port on your disembarkation day. Just give us the ship's name and we'll keep an eye on its arrival.

Included

  • Door-to-terminal service

Fares are "from" prices for the Cambridge zone (CB1–CB5, CB21–CB25). 4 passengers need an Estate. People carriers (5–7 seats): we'd need to check availability first. Please call or request one in the app.
